Esquire Deposition Solutions Names Perry Solomon as Chief Executive Officer


Atlanta, GA, December 15, 2011 - Esquire Deposition Solutions, the nation’s leading provider of court reporting and litigation services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Perry Solomon as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Solomon has over 25 years of successful business management experience with much of his time spent in the litigation services industry. He served as Chief Executive Officer of WordWave/LegaLink for 7 years. While he was CEO, he grew the Company substantially and directed the very successful acquisition of WordWave by Merrill Corporation. After the acquisition, Mr. Solomon served as President of Merrill Legal Solutions. Prior to WordWave/LegaLink, Mr. Solomon spent 10 years in chief executive positions at Fidelity Capital, the venture arm of Fidelity Investments. His leadership at Boston Coach and HR Logic grew both companies from local businesses to industry leaders in just a few years. Mr. Solomon started his career as a CPA with KPMG.
